Viewing and Editing a Session

How to view detailed session information and modify future Sessions that you own.

Viewing a Session

There are a few ways to view a Session:

  • If you are the session owner you can click the View Session button in the confirmation email
  • If you are registered with the session you can click the View Invitation button in your invitation email
  • You can find the session in the dashboard and click the “View/Edit” button

After performing one of the above steps you should see the session details page.

Note: You can only edit or cancel a session if all of the following are true:

  1. You are the session owner
  2. The session has not yet started

Editing Session Details

Start Editing

View Page

On the Session details page click the Edit button

Update the Session

Change the fields as needed, see Creating a Session for descriptions of the individual fields.

Once you are satisfied with your changes, click the Save button.

Cancelling a Session

Open the Cancel Dialog

On the session details page click the Cancel button

Confirm Cancellation

View Page

You should see a dialog box asking you to confirm that you would like to cancel the session. Clicking the Cancel button will initiate the cancellation process.
