Add Saved Payment Method

In addition to electing to save your card during payment when creating or joining a session.

Note: You can only have 6 saved cards attached to your account. Once you have reached the limit you will no longer be presented with the option to save or add a new payment method to your account until you remove a card.

To add a new card: from the dashboard billing page, click the Add Card button to add a new payment method.

Remove or Update an Existing Payment Method

To remove or update an existing card, locate the card on the dashboard billing page and click on the 3 dot menu to access options to udpate or remove your payment method.

Note: You may not have to manually update your card upon expiry or loss. Most cards issues by major banks should automatically update in our system.

View Receipts

On the dashboard billing page you will see the most recent receipts associated with your account. To see more receipts you can click on the View All button on the receipts card.

On the receipts details page you will have the option to print or download your receipt as a PDF file.
