Creating a Team
Before you can add users and set up team billing you will need to create a team.
Tip: If you want to join an existing team instead see Join an Existing Team
Create Your Team
On the Team page of the Dashboard, click on the Create Team button.
Note: If you see team information instead of the landing page above you already have a team.
Fill out Team Information
You will need to provide the following information to create your team:
- Company Name: The name of your organization. Note that this will be visible to any external user’s participating in a mediation session against a member of your team.
- Team ID: A unique identifier for your team within our system. This ID can be used by your team members to request access to your team.
- Address: The full address of your organization’s offices.
Once you have entered the above information click Create to create your team.
Confirmation
Once your team has been created you should be redirected to the Team Dashboard where you can add users and manage your team settings.
