Inviting your Opponent to a Session
Instructions for inviting your opponent to an existing Session.
Note: If you have been invited to a Session or provided a Session ID you may be looking for our instructions for registering with a Session.
There are 3 ways to invite a user to a Session:
- During Session creation
- From the Session details page.
- From the dashboard using the Invite button on the relevant Session card.
Note: The second option above is the only way to replace the opponent.
Alternatively, if none of the above are possible, you may share the Session ID with your opponent so they may register with the session themselves.
Inviting your Opponent via the Dashboard
Locate your Session
Look for your Session in the list of Sessions found on the dashboard.
Make sure you are looking at Scheduled Sessions. You also may have to change the date range filter if your Sessions is scheduled further out.
Open the Invitation Dialog
Once you find the card for your Session, expand it. If no opponent has been added or registered you should see an Invite button.
Note: If another user has already registered with your Session, you will need to click the Edit/View button and follow the steps below if you wish to invite a different opponent.
Invite the User
Enter the user’s email in the input box. The user will be notified via email if you provided a valid email address.

Open Session Details Page
To change the opponent for your session go to the Session details page
Invite or Edit
If an opponent has already been invited to or registered with the Session you will need to click on Edit next to their name. Otherwise, click the Invite button to invite an opponent.
Note: None of the above options will provide immediate feedback on whether the email you provided is valid. You will be notified via email if there are any issues inviting your opponent via the provided email address.
