How does it work?
Using Minute Mediator could not be simpler:
- Both sides log in and pay a $99 session fee for a session
- The 30-minute clock starts. Plaintiff enters three demands. The Defendant enters three offers.
- If the Defendant’s offer exceeds the Plaintiff’s demand, the computer splits the difference and the case settles.
- If the parties are still apart, they are asked if they want to do another round. Rinse, repeat.
- If your case settles for over $15,000, you pay a $1,000 “Success Fee.” If it doesn't, no more cost and you are done.
